Description
Study on the phase diagram of the superconducting ceramics 1-2-3 is presented here. Phase diagrams are established from oxygen absorption isotherms, Tc' resistometric and heat capacity data. The region boundaries which are determined may correspond to phase transitions. 43 refs., 1 fig., 2 tabs
