Synthesis of selank labeled with tritium

Description
Scheme of synthesis of selank (Trh-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro) and its precursor (Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly) is developed. Selank labelled in proline C-end is prepared by condensation of tret-butylhydroxycarbonyl derivative Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly with labelled proline. Molar radioactivity of selank labelled with tritium is 56 Cu/mmol and that corresponds to molar radioactivity of proline

Разработана схема синтеза селанка (Trh-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro) и его предшественника (Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly). Конденсацией трет-бутилоксикарбонильного производного Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly с меченным пролином получен меченный по C-концевому пролину селанк. Молярная радиоактивность меченного тритием селанка равнялась 56 Ки/ммоль, что соответствовало молярной радиоактивности пролинаAdditional details
