Description
An asymptotically well behaved shell model is discussed mostly from the point of view of fission reactions. The model is basically of double oscillator nature with spin orbit and l2 terms added. Various aspects including the mass distribution in asymmetric fission are discussed. (24 figs.) (U.S.)
