Description

Regional existences of intestine epithelium lymphocytes and natural killer cells in cript were investigated by giving of bromo-deoxy-uridine (BrdU) to three groups of male rats, WKAH, DA, and F344. The number of the BrdU cells in intestine epithelium was counted by using the tissue slices. The BrdU+ cell distributions in the cript of small intestine, cecum and distal colon were analyzed. A significant difference of the BrdU+ distributions for three groups of male rat was observed only on the cecum of male rat, DA. The possibility of early removal for abnormal cell was indicated on the male rat DA in which aberrant crypt foci (ACF) was a few. A lot of natural killer cells (NK) existed relatively on cell breeding regions around the cript. The existence frequency of natural killer cell in the rat, DA was clearly higher than that in the other rat groups. (M. Suetake)
