The Hall effect and electrical resistivity in UCu3+xGa2-x

Description
The Hall effect and electrical resistivity have been measured on UCu3+xGa2-x (x=0.1,0.3,0.5,0.8). The Hall effect for the x=0.1 sample shows a steep rise below about 100K while the others show a slow rise and reduced size. The resistivity shows the transition from AF to non-magnetic heavy fermion state as x goes from 0.5 to 0.8, due to the hybridization mechanism of 5f and conduction electrons. This transition behavior may reduce the Hall effect behavior. ((orig.))
