Thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity at high temperatures of ZrC-C binary systems alloys, produced by chemical gaseous deposition
Description
New data on thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of pyrolytic carbidographites of the ZrC-C system in the temperature range of 950-2100 deg C are presented. It is shown on the basis of analysis of concentrational dependence of thermal conductivity that for materials obtained at 1350-1650 deg C deposition temperatures the structure of pyrocarbon, being a component of deposit, changes from isotropic up to crystal-oriented structure depending on the composition of carbide phase
