Estimation of activities of nonmetal in Fe-Ni, Fe-Co, Ni-Co melts by equivalent concentrations method

Description

Methods for calculating nonmetals activity in metal melts are analyzed and systematized. Applicability of improved method of equivalent concentrations for melts on the basis of Fe, Ni and Co is confirmed. It is shown this method for studied melts is subordinated to the Gibbs-Duhem equations within the whole concentration interval
