Non-destructive controls and quality assurance
Description
The non-destructive controls are often the only means of ensuring that the finished products do not conceal defects making them unfit for their intended purpose. They must, therefore, be efficient and significant. The certainty that such an objective will be reached can be obtained only within the framework of a comprehensive policy of certified quality ensuring that the non-destructive controls are carried out with adequate and sufficient human and practical means, after their specifications have been defined for all manufacturing stages (research, stock parts, fabrication)
Abstract (French)
Les controles non destructifs sont souvent l'unique moyen pour s'assurer que les produits finis ne recelent pas de defectuosites les rendant inaptes a l'emploi auquel ils sont destines. Ils se doivent d'etre, en consequence, efficaces et significatifs. L'assurance qu'un tel objectif sera atteint ne peut etre acquise que si, dans le cadre d'une politique bien comprise d'assurance de la qualite, les controles non destructifs sont executes avec les moyens materiels et humains necessaires et suffisants apres que leurs conditions d'execution aient ete definies a toutes les phases de realisation d'un produit (etude, approvisionnement, fabrication)Additional details
