Ultrasonic testing device for pipelines, in particular for coolant pipe of a nuclear reactor
Description
This improvement of the ultrasonic testing method consists of a better and more clearly defined way of fixing the test scanner. The track guiding the circular rack is included in the unfolding and couplin steps; the very fine toothing of the rack allows precise position return signals to be generated of the transport carriage. Die Verbesserung des Ultraschallpruefungsverfahrens besteht in der besseren und eindeutigeren Fixierung der Stellung des Pruefkopfes. Die Fuehrungsbahn der Rundzahnstange wird in den Aufklapp- und Kupplungsvorgang einbezogen, die sehr fein auszufuehrende Zahnteilung erlaubt eine genaue Positions-Rueckmeldung des Transportwagens.
