Nuclear fusion cross section around the Coulomb barrier reveals varieties of phenomena. Measured herewith is fusion excitation functions for 18O + 61,62Ni system around the Coulomb barrier, using Heavy Ion Reaction Analyzer (HIRA) at the Inter University Accelerator Centre (IUAC), New Delhi. In these systems the Q-values are positive for two neutron (2n) stripping channel
