The role of civil defence in case of a major accident at a nuclear power plant

Presented is the analysis of civil defence detachment abilities, to detect, to measure, to evaluate and to eliminate radioactive contamination resulted from nuclear power plant accident, as well as to arrange radiological protection for the population of contaminated area.
