Two-phonon and spin-flip processes in solid solutions of CdxHg1-xTe

Description
Temperature dependence of band parameters for various compositions of semiconductor (solid solutions of n-CdxHg1-xTe) have been calculated from the temperature shift of magnetophonon resonances (MPR) and from the spin-flip magnetophonon resonance observed for the first time. The explanation of the anomalous temperature dependences peaks of MPR is also given. The interpretation of other transverse magnetoresistance peaks in the low magnetic field (0-6 kOe) as well as in higher field 20-60 kOe is presented
