Determination of highly volatile fission products in environmental specimens

Description

The aim of the research project is to work out radioanalytical detection methods for the fission products Se-79, Sb-125, Te-125 m and Te-127 m, methods with which the slightest traces of these fission products can be detected in soil and vegetation samples. To this end, a separation process was designed which is based essentially on distillation and clear-cut precipitation procedures. (orig./RB)

Ziel des Forschungsvorhabens ist, fuer die Spaltprodukte Se-79, Sb-125, Te-125 m und Te-127 m radioanalytische Bestimmungsmethoden auszuarbeiten, mit deren Hilfe geringste Spuren dieser Spaltprodukte in Boden- und Vegetationsproben bestimmt werden koennen. Dazu wurde ein Trennungsgang entworfen, der im wesentlichen auf Destillations- und eindeutig verlaufenden Faellungsschritten beruht. (orig./RB)
