Photo- and thermostimulated recombination luminescence in KI-Tl
Description
Basing on the results of experimental studies, it has been concluded that complex-type activator-hole-colour centers of Tl+...Vk(VF) and Tl+...H are responsible for photo- and thermoinduced processes in KI-Tl for the temperature range of 200-300 K
