Description

The technology of fabrication of regular membranes based on polyethylene terephthalate films is developed with using of synchrotron radiation. This technology allows to obtain areas of regular through openings with the term ratio of 1-20 in dacron films. The variation of the crystal lattice parameter in the 25 μm thickness dacron film depending on the absorbed dose of synchrotron radiation is analyzed. The mathematical model for description of the etching process of deep channels in polyethylene terephthalate is proposed

Разработана технология изготовления регулярных мембран на основе пленок из полиэтилентерефталата с использованием синхротронного излучения. Эта технология позволяет получать в лавсановых пленках массивы регулярных сквозных отверстий с аспектным отношением 1-20. Анализируется изменение постоянной кристаллической решетки в лавсановой пленке толщиной 25 мкм в зависимости от поглощенной дозы синхротронного излучения. Предложена математическая модель для описания процесса травления глубоких каналов в полиэтилентерефталате
