Repair and improvement magnetic field scanning stabilizer of MI-1201AG mass spectrometer

Description
MI-1201AG mass spectrometer was introduced from Ukraine in 1993. It is mainly used for automatic detection of uranium isotope composition in uranium hexafluoride isotope. Its electronic components are all Russian-style standards. It is not sold in the domestic market. In order to reduce maintenance cost, it is imported and transported according to magnetic field scanning control system on the premise of ensuring the maintenance of instruments and equipment and timely and reliable control of product quality. A scanning component (A43) compatible with the magnetic field system for on-line analysis of MI-1201AG mass spectrometer was developed and designed. After the simulation tests of related functions and performances, the test results were compared with the original scanning component, and the performance parameters fully met the design requirements. The performance parameters fully met the needs of on-line analysis of mass spectrometer and ensured the on-line separation of Lean Materials in centrifugal cascade.
