Description

The wear of the surface layer of rolls after ion nitriding in glow discharge, followed by a coating of TiN -TiAlN plasma arc are studied and simulated. stress-strain state of the material rolls under asymmetric rolling with ultra-high shear deformations is simulated. The effect of thermal fields, formed upon contact of the tool and a deformable sheet, the structure of aluminum alloys, are considered. (paper)
