Sulfuric acid technology of eudialyte concentrate

Description
Sulfuric acid decomposition of eudialyte under laboratory conditions was studied and the relevant process was considered including a two-stage treatment by sulfuric acid, separation and washing of insoluble residue, successive hydrolytic precipitation from solution of zirconium and ferromanganese concentrates and separation of rare earth elements from the insoluble residue by leaching. Zirconium(IV) as a basic sulfate was isolated from the complex carbonate precipitate

В лабораторных условиях изучено разложение эвдиалита и рассмотрен технологический процесс, включающий двустадийную обработку серной кислотой, отделение и промывку нерастворимого остатка, последовательное гидролитическое осаждение из раствора циркониевого и железомарганцевого концентратов и выделение редкоземельных элементов из нерастворимого остатка выщелачиванием.
