Multiple well anharmonic oscillators and perturbation theory
Description
The Rayleigh-Schroedinger perturbation expansion of some classes of multiple well anharmonic oscillators is proved to be uniquely associated with a complex quantity closely analogous to the usual notion of resonance for problems with continuous spectra. This result provides a unifying rigorous interpretation of several recent results in analogous problems. (Auth.)
