The annealing of radiolytic damage in sodium and rubidium nitrates
Description
A study of annealing of radiolytic damage in γ-irradiated sodium and rubidium nitrate is presented. Sodium nitrate is less susceptible to thermal annealing. The annealing data for rubidium nitrate in the temperature range 100-1400C have been analysed on the models for simple interstitial vacancy recombination and also as a combination of a first order and second order process each with an energy of activation of 11 and 20 kcal mole-1 respectively. Abstract (German)
20 kcal Mol-1.
