Phase equilibria in the CdSe-ZnSe-CdS system
Description
Liquidus and solidus surfaces in the CdSe-ZnSe-CdS triangle of the ternary mutual CdSe+ZnS reversible Cd+ZnSe system have been built up along with the polythermal section of CdS-ZnSe using the method of mathematical planning of the experiment
