The role of the entrance and exit doorways for low energy nucleons
Description
The relation between semi-direct and compound nucleus processes proceeding via the same intermediate configuration is studied. Qualitative analysis demonstrates that for low-energy projectiles the main part of the process is connected with compound nucleus decay. (Auth.)
