Description

In order to consider the quantization of SAW (surface acoustoelectric wave) induced acoustoelectric current under the influence of geometric phase, in this Letter, we study the adiabatic charge transport in the SAW-induced acoustoelectric procedure, then the wavefunction will acquire a geometric phase which will produce observable effects on the physical quantities of interest. The numerical results indicate that the geometric phase surely has influence on the step-like current
