Influence of molybdenum on potential of free corrosion of Zn5Al alloy in the medium of NaCl electrolyte

Description
Present article is devoted to study of influence of molybdenum on potential of free corrosion of Zn5Al alloy in the medium of NaCl electrolyte. The change of potential of free corrosion of Zn5Al alloy alloyed by molybdenum in the medium of 3% NaCl electrolyte has been studied. The change of potential of free corrosion of Zn5Al alloy alloyed by molybdenum in the medium of 0.3%, 0.03 NaCl electrolyte has been studied as well. It was defined that molybdenum additives to Zn5Al alloy in quantities of 0.05 mass % increase the passivity of initial alloy.
