Manufacturing of nano silver solution using electrochemical technology

Nano Silver solution used for killing many types of bacteria has been studied, manufactured and applied extensively. Common chemical, physical methods and mechanism for manufacturing nano silver solution can only produce low degree of purity and limit abilities to kill bacteria and apply in medical and pharmaceutical industries. Electrochemical technology uses the Ag anode dissolving process to produce high purity nano silver solution without using complex equipments. In comparison with other physical and chemical methods, electrochemical technology can produce nano silver solution with the same structure and concentration, but difference in electrochemical properties such as electrical conductivity and the Zeta potential.
