Investigation of surface modification resulting from high-temperature blistering by means of stochastic modeling

Description
The fluctuation stage of developing the blistering, resulting from the irradiation of the solid body surface through the helium ions with the energy of 10 keV and radiation doses of 1018 ion cm-2 is studied. The Fokker-Planck-Kolmogorov equation and Kramers equation, which are replaced by the system of the stochastic differential equations, are used for describing the process of the high-temperature blistering (800-1000 K). The unidimensional and two-dimensional functions of the bubbles distribution by the sizes and coordinates are obtained. The porosity, stress fields and flicker noise spectra are calculated

Исследуется флуктуационная стадия развития блистера в результате облучения поверхности твердого тела ионами гелия с энергией 10 кэВ и дозой облучения 1018 ион см-2. Для описания процесса высокотемпературного блистеринга (800-1000 К) используются уравнение Фоккера-Планка-Колмогорова и уравнение Крамерса, которые заменяются системой стохастических дифференциальных уравнений.
