With the creation of the Societe centrale nucleaire europeenne a neutrons rapides (NERSA) by a decree of May 13th 1974, passed in application of law No.72-1152 of December 23rd 1972 authorizing the creation of entreprises exerting on national ground an activity of European interest in the matter of electricity, the question is whether this will be the start of a denationalization rather than of a European cooperation, which raises the more general problem of the future of public enterprises in France

A l'occasion de la creation de la Societe centrale nucleaire europeenne a neutrons rapides (NERSA) par un decret du 13 mai 1974, pris en application de la loi no. 72-1152 du 23 decembre 1972 autorisant la creation d'entreprises exercant sur le sol national une activite d'interet europeen en matiere d'electricite, on se demande s'il ne s'agit pas de l'amorce d'une denationalisation plutot que de celle d'une cooperation europeenne, ce qui pose le probleme plus general de l'avenir de l'entreprise publique en FranceAdditional details
