Description

This paper deals with the years of life lost (YLL) per excess death, caused due to stochastic health effects in case of single external radiation exposure. Besides the new model, the possibility of the linearization of the YLL curves is presented, giving a chance to make very fast qualitative assessments of the possible harm in the various cost-benefit analysis as well as in the a real-time experts systems.
