Description
After having called up that the government had set up an Interdepartmental Committee for Nuclear Safety in August 1975, the main fields of nuclear safety are described and for each of them are presented the laws and decrees in force specifying which governmental authorities are competent. The following topics are reviewed: health physics, worker radioprotection, action to be taken in case of accident, radioactive wastes, impact on the environment of non-nuclear pollution, nuclear installation safety, protection against ill-will deeds, control and safeguard of nuclear materials, radioisotopes, radioactive materials shipping, naval propulsion, radioactive waste management, nuclear facility decommissionning, nuclear equipment and materials exportation

Apres avoir evoque la creation, en aout 1975, d'un comite interministeriel de la Securite nucleaire, on presente les principaux domaines de la securite nucleaire en rappelant pour chacun d'eux les lois et decrets en vigueur ainsi que les administrations competentes. Sont ainsi passes en revue: la radioprotection; la protection des travailleurs; les mesures a prendre en cas d'accident; les effluents radioactifs; les nuisances et pollutions d'origine non nucleaires; la surete des installations nucleaires; la protection contre les actes de malveillance; le controle et la protection physique des matieres nucleaires; les radioelements; le transport des substances radioactives; la propulsion navale; la gestion des dechets; le declassement des installations apres leur arret definitif; les exportations de materiels et de matieres nucleairesAdditional details
