Process and fabrication device of inorganic ultrafine powders by aerosol laser coupling

Description

This patent presents a process for inorganic ultrafine powder preparation. A solvent absorbing laser radiation with a powder precursor is pulverized by an ultrasonic device to obtain an aerosol, this aerosol is swept by a gas and the mixture (aerosol + gas) is irradiated by a specific wavelength laser to obtain particles. These particles are dried in an oven after filtration. (A.B.). 9 refs., 1 fig
