Reculiarities of amorphous-crystalline state transition under annealing of LaNi5 obtained by magnetron scattering

Peculiarities of La-Ni5 film transition from amorphous state to equilibrium crystal one are studied. Possibilities of producing surface coatings of a composition corresponding to LaNi5, which depending on the technologic spraying and treatment conditions possess the structure from amorphous to monophase polycrystalline one free of internal stresses, are shown
