Description
14C-Bucromarone, 2-[4-(3-N,N dibutylamino propoxy) 3,5-dimethyl benzoyl] chromone, was synthesized from (U-14C) oxalic acid. The labelling takes place at the first step of the synthesis, giving 14C-Bucromarone succinate (specific activity 7.45 mCi/mmol) and 14C-Bucromarone hydrochloride (specific activity 7.5 mCi/mmol).
