Description
Highlights: • The microstructure of Co40Cr25Fe10Ni25 HEAs after warm-rolling and annealing at different temperature are investigated. • Heterogeneous grain structures are obtained after annealing at low temperature (700 °C). • Better combination of ultimate tensile strength and ductility of HEAs are obtained. • The process in this work extends the space of mechanical properties of FCC-structured HEAs.
