X-ray tube anode and methods of making the same
Description
An anode for a rotating x-ray tube is described composed of a refractory metal body with a surface layer of a ternary alloy consisting of tungsten and molybdenum particles coated with rhenium which are formed into a true and homogeneous alloy. Methods of fabrication are given. (U.K.)
