Description
Multi-Collimator Ring (MCR), a new collimator system was developed. With MCR irregular fields can be shaped, according to the irregular shape of the target volume. Comparison of dose-relations developed during different irradiation techniques has proved that the most favourable dose distribution can be obtained with the use of MCR.
