Description
Customer Satisfaction Survey is a research that focuses on customer perception and experience during dealing with Malaysian Nuclear Agency. The objective of the research is to have feedback or comment from customer to further improve the services provided. This survey conducted in form of questionnaire form that relating with service provided by the Agency Nuclear Malaysia. Customer or consumer will response or give their opinion about agency service based on Likert Scale. A total of 100 questionnaire form has been distributed directly toward respondent. The questionnaire has been divided to respondent profile, method of dealing with agency, type of services and their level satisfaction toward service provided. The analysis are carried out by using statistical method and graphical in the SPSS and Excel Software. The result of survey received will become an indicator about the quality of service provided.
