Description
An off-line analysis system for low energy nuclear physics was developed at the INFN-LNS, using several 68020 VME CPUs and a MacIntosh II connected with two screens: an E-Machines T19 large color monitor (19 inch, 1024 x 808 pixels) for spectra visualization and a standard Apple Color monitor (13 inch, 640 x 480 pixels) for command visualization. The MacIntosh II is connected to the VMEbus by means of a Micron-Mac VEE interface. The LISA program was considerably elaborated to perform parallel spectra building. A performance analysis of the system is outlined in this paper
