Description
Survey testing using /sup 60/Co γ of high-capacity RAM for a spacecraft image buffer has identified a candidate 1M bit CMOS dynamic RAM device, the M411024xP from AT and T, which showed no functional degradation at 30 krads (Si), and useable performance at 100 krads (Si)
