Description

By using γ spectrometer sourceless efficiency calibration method, we analyzed the activity concentration of 241Am, 133Ba, 60Co, 134Cs, 137Cs, 152Eu, 228Ac, 40K, 208Tl, 226Ra, 214Bi, 212Pb, 214Pb, 238U in six water samples, three soil samples and one biological ash sample provided by IAEA in 2010-2012. Compared with the IAEA reference value, the overall acceptance rate of the 41 data submitted by our laboratory is 100%. Based on the analysis of the comparison results, we validated the practicability and reliability of γ spectrometer sourceless efficiency calibration method, and provided the basis for the wide application of this method in Environmental Radiation Measurement.
