Role of the purification filter in maintenance of the quality of primary water coolant of a ship NPP

Description
Effect of the filter for purification of the water coolant in the primary circuit of a ship NPP on upkeeping the pH value, ammonium, chloride and iron concentrations and on the total specific activity of radionuclides at the given level is considered. It is shown that the constant operation of the purification system does not determine the reliable accidentless operation of the ship NPP. A new maintenance of the purification system operation is proposed

Рассмотрено влияние фильтра очистки водного теплоносителя первого контура судовых ЯЭУ на поддержание рН, концентрации аммиака, хлоридов, железа и суммарной удельной активности радионуклидов на заданном уровне.
