Description

In this invention the reactor vessel and the steam generator are maintained in the concrete structure through the containment shell by a series of internal and external pads regularly disposed around the axis. The pads are maintained by hydraulic jacks allowing slow dilatations or contractions but braking fast motions produced by an earthquake

Cette invention a pour but de maintenir la cuve du reacteur et le generateur de vapeur par rapport a la structure betonnee exterieure. Le maintien est assure lateralement a travers l'enceinte de confinement mince par des blocs d'appui comportant des verins permettant de suivre les dilatations et contractions lentes de l'enceinte, et bloquant automatiquement les mouvements rapides provoques par un seisme
