Enzyme diagnostics following radiation exposure. Usefulness and limits
Description
Based on the results of animal studies and a literature survey, recommendations are given for the application of enzyme diagnostics in the following fields of radiation protection medicine: (1) pre-employment medical examinations and health supervision of radiation workers, (2) medical examinations following chronic radiation exposure, and (3) medical examinations following acute radiation exposure.
