Structure of the sup(75,77,79,81,83)Br isotope excited states
- 1. AN SSSR, Leningrad. Inst. Yadernoj Fiziki
Description
The Br(A=75, 77, 79, 81, 83) odd isotopes are studied in the framework of the model taking account of the bound of an odd quasi-particle with anharmonic oscillations of a spheric core. The main distinguishing characteristics of the above approach are the following: 1) consideration of the Pauli principle for the interaction between an odd quasi-particle with collective modes and between quasi-particles forming collective degrees of freedom; 2) consideration of the effect of nucleus form zero oscillations on effective forces, one-particle M1-, E1-, E-2-momenta and spectroscopic factors Ssub(J); 3) usage of the united have function representation suited to the description of spheric transition and deformed nuceli. A one-particle state spectrum is calculated in the Sackson-Woods potential. Appropriate Kr isotopes are chosen as a core. Calculation and experimental spectra of low spin sup(75-83)Br states are presented at low excitation energiesi The known spectroscopic characteristics are compared with calculated ones. It is shown that calculations explain in a proper way the data on magnetic momenta and give increased magnitudes of Ssub(J) for sup(75-83)Br; they describe experimental values of the sup(79-81)Br E-2 and M1-transition probabilities besides the transitions related with the 5/21+ state
