Decisions on the siting of central waste management facilities, to be taken within the framework of supralocal waste disposal planning, can be an issue of goal definition in the Land development plan in accordance with section 13, sub-section (1), sentence 3 of the Bavarian Land Development Law (BayLplG), as such a decision may involve measures with supraregional effects.
