Determination of the power parameters of drive electric motors with pulsed electrode wire feed

Description

The main parameters in electric resistance surfacing (ESS) of dense and powder materials are the pressure P, welding current Iw, process time τ which determine the temperature in heating T, the level ε and intensity Ε of plastic deformation of the metal in the weld zone, and also the physical-mechanical properties of the welded joint and the coating itself. We evaluated the role of each parameter in the formation of high-quality coatings and the possibility of regulating these parameters during ESS
