Thermonuclear device
Description
Purpose: To interrupt an electric circuit between supports and liners without increasing the temperature of the liners support through the supports on a vacuum vessel. Constitution: The liner is divided and fitted with the support to a vacuum vessel. At the divided parts of the liners there are interposed insulating materials such as ceramics or the like, and the liners are respectively bonded by bolts or rivets. By such organization, the supports can be interrupted from the liners electrically by the insulating materials, and the rise in the temperature of the liner can be prevented. (Kamimura, M.)
