Symmetry of electron shell in its lower state and interval rules for binding energies

Description
Relations, substantiating and generalizing interval rules for electron binding energies, were obtained on the basis of additional symmetry for electron shell in its lower state. It is shown that they are satisfied for a wide range of ionization degrees and explain the main regularities of change of ionization potentials when occupying electron shell
