Gluonium contaminations in tensor mesons
Creators

Description
The possibility of a small gluonium piece in the f(1270) and/or f'(1525)-mesons is discussed making use of well tested arguments and a wide set of well established experimental decay widths. Contrary to other authors, we are led to conclude that the conventional and ideally mixed nonet of qanti q tensor mesons explains (to the expected accuracy) the data, and there are no compelling reasons to introduce gg contaminations in f or f'.
