Description
Paper studies photoconductivity kinetics of monocrystalline solid solutions Pb1-xMnxTe(In) (x≤0.1) with the stabilized position of Fermi level within 4-35 K temperature range under illuminating conditions. Variation of solid solution composition is determined to result in qualitative variation of photoconductivity kinetics - to occurrence of a segment characterised by comparatively quick relaxation alongside with the delayed photoconductivity with x growth on kinetic curves. Share of quickly relaxing carriers grows with x increase
