Momentum spectra of light nuclei in the reactions Ad→AX at large momentum transfers
Description
The cross sections for the inclusive reactions 3Hed→3HeX and 4Hed→4HeX are calculated in the model of multiple scattering. It is shown that for values of the momentum transfer per nucleon of the scattered nucleus greater than 0.5 GeV/c the momentum spectra of the latter exhibit a complicated structure due to separation of the contributions from various mechanisms of multiple scattering. In the nucleon spectra in the reaction Nπ→NX, this structure is smeared by the relativistic contraction effect
